Who masterminded the dismissal of Dalanon?
Was there even an investigation done?
That's the very first thing that should have been.
Investigate and find out if there is truth to it.

It's been more than two (2) years now since President Duterte was officially informed of the corruption issue involving #BIR commissioner #CaesarRiveraDulay thru the former BIR Director Othello Dalanon’s letter-report, but the President still remains mum about it.

The BIR DULAY CORRUPTION has also been publicly exposed via -

✅Social media or Facebook postings;
✅Publication in MSM:
▪️The Manila Times by Mr Ramon T. Tulfo
▪️GMA News Online by Mr. Flor Taguinod
✅Mass actions held by RDRG at -
▪️BIR National Office in Quezon City
▪️Philippine Senate in Pasay City
▪️National Press Club in Manila
▪️Mendiola (Front of Malacanang Gate)

With all these discourses, it is believed to be infeasible that the President still doesn't know about the issue.

His deafening silence on Dulay's case clearly demonstrates tolerance despite the severity of the criminal offense that Dulay has committed against the Republic of the Philippines - in the extremely anomalous settlement of #CosmosBottlingCorporation's (Cosmos) P3.76 billion deficiency tax liabilities for only P51 million.

The Cosmos case already has a Final Decision from the Court of Tax Appeals (#CTAcaseNo9405 dated 25May17). The Court said that Cosmos’s P3.76B deficiency tax liabilities has become final, executory and demandable; BIR’s settlement for only P51M was #INVALID and without the approval of the Bureau’s Evaluation Board.

🔸On 13 February 2018, Dalanon reported this anomaly to the President thru the then SAP, now senator #BongGo.

🔸On 08 February 2019, Dalanon again submitted a report to the President reiterating the aforementioned anomaly and that of Del Monte's P8.7B tax liabilities which was also grossly reduced to only P65M.

🔸Sadly, on 25 June 2019, Dalanon was dismissed from BIR for reporting the worst corruption ever in BIR history involving BIR commissioner Caesar Rivera Dulay himself.

Who else can have the audacity to report corruption in government if it would only mean dismissal from the service just like what happened to former BIR Director Othello Dalanon who was sacked for reporting BIR DULAY CORRUPTION to President Duterte and senator Bong Go?

Bakit nagalit si Belgica gayong di naman ito na-mention sa FB post ni Dalanon?

Ang nakapagtataka na di naman nagalit itong si Belgica sa paglustay ni BIR Dulay sa P3.76 bilyong buwis ng Cosmos na naging P51 milyon na lang, na dapat ito ang pagtuunan ng atensyon ni Belgica bilang anti-corruption commissioner kesa pagbanggit ni Dalanon sa FB postings nito ng anti-corruption mantra ni senator #BongGo?

⚃ Oct 14, 2019, Monday, 9:06pm, nakatanggap si Othello Dalanon ng message thru messenger from PACC Commissioner Greco Belgica ngunit di ito napansin ni Dalanon.

⚃ At 10:19 pm, nakatanggap muli si Dalanon ng message thru viber from Belgica - "Hi, Dir. Dalanon, this Comm Greco Belgica of PACC. Can you take a call?"

⚃  Dalanon answered in the affirmative.

At nagkausap ang dalawa: Ang issue ay tungkol sa post ni Dalanon na ganito ang title:

SENATOR BONG GO
nanawagan sa publiko
na magsumbong ng
CORRUPTION.

Ang magsumbong SIBAK
tulad sa nangyari kay
dating BIR Director
OTHELLO DALANON.

⚃ Sabi ni Belgica, nabasa nya mga postings ni Dalanon  at di raw maayos kasi lumalabas na tinitira ni Dalanon si Senator Bong Go at si PRRD, at lumalabas daw na parang si Senator Bong Go ang nagsibak kay Dalanon.

"Paki-ayos mo lang ang pagkalatag kasi baka ma-misinterpret at baka ikaw ang balikan" sabi ni Belgica.

"Pag naayos mo na, i-message mo ako", sabi pa nya.

⚃ Sagot ni Dalanon, wala naman sinasabi ang post na si Senator Bong Go ang nagsibak sa kanya. Kino-quote lang nya ang Anti-Corruption Mantra ng senador.

⚃ At nag-request na makipag-meet kay Dalanon si Belgica upang pag-usapan ang issue.

⚃ October 16, 2019, Wednesday, around 4:50pm at PACC office, ganito ang napag-usapan:

Belgica:  “Tinanggal mo na ba ang post mo?”

Dalanon:  “In-edit ko na ang post at nilagay ko na di naman si PRRD ang nagsibak sa akin.

Meron naman akong post prior sa post na yan at subsequent postings na klinaro ko na di naman si PRRD ang nagsibak sa akin kundi si Dulay.”

Belgica:  “Yung title kasi kapag pinagdugtong mo, lumalabas na si Bong Go ang nagsibak sa iyo.  “Double Meaning”. Basahin mo yung mga comments.”

Dalanon:  “Wala naman akong sinabi na si Senator Bong Go ang nagsibak sa akin.”

Marami pang palitan ng salita na di ko na masyadong maalala pero sa puntong ito galit na si Belgica at nanlilisik na ang mga mata.

Belgica:  “Kami lang ni Bong Go makatutulong sa iyo kay PRRD. Di ba gusto mo na bumalik sa BIR? Gusto kitang tulungan pero paano kung “KAAWAY” ang dating mo kay Bong Go?”

Dalanon:  “Di ko kinakalaban si Senator Bong Go. Kung gusto ninyo akong tulungan o hindi, nasa sa inyo yun. Basta di ko babaguhin ang post ko kasi totoo yun.”

Belgica:  “Paano ko isasama ang pangalan mo dito? (referring to the COSMOS case).”

Dalanon:  “Ok lang na alisin mo ako sa picture diyan sa COSMOS case. Ang mahalaga sa akin ay iyang case na iyan ang tulungan ninyo kasi para iyan sa tao at masibak si Dulay.”

Belgica:  “Bahala ka sa buhay mo kung ano ang gawin nila sa iyo.”

Dalanon: “O, iyang statement mo na yan, may pananakot.”

Dalanon: “Ang kaya ninyo lang, yung mga nasa ibaba. Yung sa taas, di ninyo kaya.”

Belgica: “Mga RDO ang nahuhuli namin.”

Dalanon: “Thru entrapment lang ang kaya ninyong gawin pero sa document, di ninyo makita. Ayan, malinaw ang corruption diyan (Dalanon was referring to Cosmos case documents).”

Habang nagdidiskas about the COSMOS tax issue, may gustong mabasa si Belgica sa CTA decision.

Ino-offer ni Dalanon yung hawak nyang documents upang ituro kay Belgica ngunit sabi ni Belgica - "Hindi iyan, kasi gawa mo iyan." to which Dalanon replied - “Pareho lang ito diyan sa binabasa mo.” (Bastos itong PACC Commissioner na ito, sa loob-loob ni Dalanon).

Belgica: “Kung galit ka kay Dulay at Dominguez, huwag mong idamay si Bong Go.”

Bago umalis sina Dalanon, sinabihan nito muli si Belgica na, "Matulungan ninyo lang ang kasong iyan (referring to COSMOS docs) kasi para sa mga tao iyan, masaya na ako".

Bakit galit na galit si Belgica at may halong pagbabanta pa, imbes na tanungin nila si Dulay at si Finance Secretary Dominguez kung paanong si Dalanon pa ang nasibak upang patunayan na di naman si SBG ang nagsibak kay Dalanon?

Dahil ba takot si Belgica kay Dulay at Dominguez?

Kaya ba ni Belgica si Sec. Dominguez?

Pinagsabihan na nga sila ni Secretary Dominguez na manghuli naman ng big fish dahil wala naman silang nahuhuling big fish.

Dilis lang kasi ang kaya nilang hulihin.
