Two Truth Expositors or "whistleblowers" (MSM writers prefer to use the word "whistleblowers") here against gargantuan corruption in Philippine government have been waging their respective Don Quixotic krusada kontra darambong or plunder involving many billions of pesos = Othello Dalanon versus the BIR bribe industry racketeers and Melchor Magdamo versus the COMELEC Smartmatic mafia.


Unlike many other noisy politico-whistleblowers with questionable ulterior motives, such as those who were initially co-conspirators in corruption before deciding to expose (for immunity), both Othello Dalanon and Melchor Magdamo have no derogatory record in public service. On the contrary, their motive for "blowing the whistle" arose from pure desire to reform their respective bureaucracies. Moreover, their extensive public service experience gave them immense expertise in their specialties = Dalanon on Tax + Magdamo on Polls. Now they are joining forces to converge wisdom into a book that aims to recommend a wise course of action for the next President of the Republic of the Philippines. This is the book now: Development Unit TERritorial Tax = DUTERTAX.
